Before you place an order, read carefully this information.

Shipping and Handling
Our goal is to make your ordering as affordable as possible. There for we charge only the real cost of shipping and insurance. We do not want to make a profit on top of your charges. Every shipping is covered by insurance for full value. We accept, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. The company has decided to send everything free of charge until the 24th of December 2002 as a Christmas offer. After that date the shipping charge will appear on the order summary as normal. Products are Shipped by Night Freight, UPS or Local Post depending on size and quantity

Delivery Time
Current manufacture and delivery time for made to measure suits is 14-28 days dependant on demand.

Purchase Order
We do not currently accept purchase order since all orders must be pre-paid. This policy insurance we maintain the best prices.

Warranties
All products come with a 12-month full manufacturer warranty. If you have a problem with a product purchased from Dry suit Factory you only have to e-mail us and explain your problem, and we will do the utmost to fix it.

Return and Exchange Information
If you wish to return or exchange any item, you must first e-mail and leave a message. We will get back to you with an authorising. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. There are no returns, refunds or exchange on special order, custom items or close out sale.

Paying with Credit Card
We use a service provided by the company Pay Pal. We have never had any problems with the service and feel that it is a very safe. Your credit card information is not stored or used for any other purpose then the payment and is sent via secure server (SSL) with 128bit encryption.

Phone Order
It is possible to leave your credit card details over the phone. E-mail or post us your contact details together with a printed copy of the "Summary & Payment" page. A member of our staff will then call you back and take your details. The details will be stored in a "safe file" until processed through a "Stream line" account and directly erased.

Paying with cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque you can do so by sending cheques payable to Dive & Merge Ltd. together with a printed copy of the "Summary & Payment" page to the address below. The cheque needs to be issued in sterling currency and please ensure you write your full name and contact number on the reverse of the cheque. Allow 4 working days to clear.
